The fees for all three terms in the academic year are based upon the age of the child at 1st September and are not increased during that year. Lunches are optional only in the Senior School.
Fees are payable on or before the first day of the term for which they are due if paying by three instalments in the Autumn, Spring and Summer. Monthly standing order payments for the payment of fees and sundry items can be made through School Fee Plan, but can only be set up before the start of term.
An extra charge is made for individual tuition in music and/or academic subjects where appropriate. A half term's notice is required for the termination of these individual lessons.
Examination fees charged by examining bodies, I.S.E.B. at 13+ and G.C.S.E. at 16+ are passed on to parents.
Juniors are provided with a drink and biscuit morning and afternoon. There is no charge for this.
Termly fees include all textbooks, exercise books and other educational supplies.
Charges for group visits are included on the end of term account as a supplementary charge where appropriate.
The cost of a personal accident insurance scheme is included in the fees for all children in the main school and details of this cover are sent to parents at the beginning of each academic year.

Parents must sign a Parental Agreement, which forms a contract with the school.
A full term's written notice is required on or before the first day of term at the end of which a pupil is to leave, otherwise an additional term's fees must be paid in lieu of notice.
